XP Recruitment is a leading independent agency specialising in the provision of local Driving and Industrial staff across the Midlands, M1 corridor and South East region. Our local branch infrastructure facilitates a high touch quality service , underpinned by robust compliance processes. The company was established by two former HGV Class 1 drivers in 2004, intent upon using their industry knowledge and expertise to differentiate XP from the competition. Witness to this is the long standing client and candidate relationships that have been fostered over the years. XP Recruitment has ambitious growth plans, driven by the growing need for HGV Class 1 & 2 drivers across the country. As a result we are seeking new talent to join the company in both existing branches and the recently opened Coventry branch.

Driving and Industrial Recruitment is fast paced and requires urgency, commitment and strong communication skills. You will over time become a domain expert in your chosen sector, responsible for developing new business as well as sourcing potential candidates and managing the offer process. This will involve meeting both clients and candidates, building long standing business relationships where appropriate.

We offer a full career path for anybody joining the company from Junior Recruitment Consultants right up to Area Managers, to progress to Associate Director should they wish.
